UX Video Message
Concept Design
Problem Statement “Ring,” the eleventh ring goes off, and the FaceTime call is officially rejected. The facetime user is then left with option to call back, cancel, or leave a message. The user is left frustrated at the fact they need to go through the process of calling the person again to leave a voice or video message.
This UX concept will add a new function to FaceTime that allows users to leave either a voice or video message after an unsuccessful facetime call. This function creates a new user journey that enables users to access missed video and voice calls through the facetime icon.
