Concept Design
Problem Statement — The eleventh ring goes off and the FaceTime call is officially rejected. The user is left with options to call back, cancel, or leave a message, frustrated that they need to go through the process again just to leave a voicemail.
This UX concept adds a new function for FaceTime that allows users to leave either a voice or video message after an unsuccessful call, creating a new user journey accessible through the FaceTime icon.
